Video & Editing Workshops

ECTV offers production classes on an ongoing basis, and are open to all eligible access users who live and/or work in Everett. Classes offered include, Studio Production, Field Production and non-linear Editing. It is crucial that upon registering, you must bring proof of residency or occupation, as well as your payment of cash or check. We will accept non-Everett residents only if the number of spaces available for the classes have not been filled.

In-Studio Production

In this class, you will learn how to use in-studio equipment, as well as using studio audio and lighting. In addition, we will cover how to include graphics during production and how to properly power on and off the studio. This class is strictly a hands-on training workshop to fully prepare yourselves as a director, producer, camera operator and on-air talent.

Field Production

In this class, you will learn how to use field production equipment, including general audio and lighting tips. This class is strictly a hands-on training workshop to fully prepare yourselves as a camera operator.
