Food Truck & Vendor Information: 

We are currently on the hunt to find the best food trucks as well as vendor booths to sell and/or disseminate information about their organization. In order to apply, please download the following application below, and mail it to ATTN: Ashley Hayward, Everett City Hall, 484 Broadway, Everett, MA 02149 along with your certificate of insurance and fee to be part of the event. Note that the application is for vendor/food truck submission only and does not guarantee admission. Vendor/Food Truck selection is at the sole discretion of the City of Everett and its staff. Please be sure to provide an accurate description of your productions, as well as a link to your website or social media page. We will be accepting applications until Friday, September 1st by end of business day. All applicants after that date will not be accepted.

The event will be taking place on Saturday, September 23rd, 2017 from 3 - 9 PM at Santilli Highway (87 Santilli Highway, Everett). 

Rates & Payments: 

In order to be part of Village Fest 2017, the City of Everett requires both vendor/food truck's to pay a small fee to reserve their spot. Please make checks payable to the City of Everett - Village Fest 2017, and mail it with your application and COI to the address above. 

• Food Trucks: $250.00 
• Dessert Trucks: $125.00
• Vendor Booths: $25.00


Set-Up and Take-Down:



The City of Everett will be able to provide tent for the vendor booths. We ask if the vendor needs access to electricity, to please bring your own generator if you have one. Otherwise, please note on your application that you need power and the amount of voltage needed for your table, as well as table, tablecloth and chairs. Arrival times for both vendors and food trucks will be notified via email closer to the date of the event.
