The purpose of the Office of Organizational Assessment is geared towards the analytical assessment of the City of Everett’s organizational structure, work distribution, work processes and work relationships with recommendations that may include organizational restructuring, job/work redesign and/or streamlined job responsibilities and functions. This Department is responsible to see and shape the future of our municipal and civil employees, through an active employee engagement strategic plan, evaluate and assess, provide professional development; reinvent continuously; and embody the values of the City of Everett.
The Office of Organizational Assessment will provide performance management consulting to staff members, and departments to ensure that their workplace performance is supporting the ever- increasing needs of the City of Everett and its Constituents. The services that this department provides includes but not limited to competency identification, leadership coaching and instruction, SMART goal setting and workplace personality inventory performance training.
