Dental Clinic
The Cambridge Health Alliance
(CHA) now provides dental services
at City Hall, 484 Broadway, in the
Health Department, Room 20 (second
floor). The CHA is the parent company
of the Whidden Hospital in Everett.
The City of Everett (the City) operated
the free dental clinic since the 1950's.
Last year the CHA and the City applied
for, and received, a grant through
Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Massachusetts.
This grant allowed an expansion of
the existing structure. There are
now two operatories instead of one.
A 'reopening celebration' took place
on Monday, October 25, 2004 at 5P.
For an appointment please call the
CHA at their central number at (617)
665-3990. CHA accepts most dental
insurance plans, Mass Health, Network
Health and Free Care. Additionally,
they accept Visa and Mastercard. Adult
and child appointments available.
As of September 13, 2004, the dental
office will be open on Mondays and
Wednesdays.
