ANNOUNCEMENT REGARDING THE 2008 RESIDENT
PARKING STICKER and PLACARDS
The 2008 Resident
Parking Stickers and Placards are
now available at City Hall in the
Parking Clerks Office. The stickers
will be free until February 29 for
those residents who return the Old
Yellow Sticker and produce their vehicle
registration. On March 3, the Resident
Parking Stickers will cost $10 for
the year. All payments are in Cash
or Money Order, no checks.
All of
the rules and regulation contained
in the 2006/2007 Resident Sticker
program remain un-changed.
APPLYING
FOR THE STICKER
Applicants
must apply in person with their vehicle
registration showing that the vehicle
is principally garaged in the City
of Everett. If the vehicle is a lease,
the resident must produce a driver’s
license showing Everett as their correct
address. In addition, the old yellow
sticker and/or fragments of the sticker
must be returned at this time.
VISITOR
PLACARDS
Only a qualified
member of the household who provides
proper identification may purchase
a visitor placard, no exception.
SPECIAL PLACARDS
Under special circumstances
a special placard may be purchased
i.e.:
- Provide a letter,
on the company letterhead, their
employees who are required to work
beyond the start time of the resident
sticker program.
- Residents who as
a condition of their employment
are required to bring a company
vehicle home.
- A student, who
is renting an apartment in Everett
while attending an area school,
provides student ID is also eligible.

PLEASE NOTE THE HOURS OF DISTRIBUTION
Monday, 8:00 a.m. –
6:30 p.m.
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 8:00
a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.
In the event of a Monday Holiday,
the hours on Tuesday will be 8:30
am. -- 6:30 pm.
